When I wrote my book "The Beat of a Different Drummer" I dreamed that Meredith and Garwood Whaley would publish it for me. Realistically, I was hoping for feedback from someone I considered "the man!" When I received the phone call from Gar saying he wanted to publish my book it was one of the most flattering days of my life. That my name is linked with him and Meredith means a lot to me.
